At booking, a credit card will be collected but NOT charged nor will the amount pre-authorized. However, the $36 no-show fee remains in place until your payment is received or you cancel without payment 48+ hours in advance of your appointment. If payment is not received AND/OR you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment 48+ hours before your appointment (after your 1-time grace period specified below), you will be charged the $36 as "no show" fee.

You will receive a payment request via the method you specified (i.e., Zelle, Apple Mobile Pay, or (by arrangement) CashApp) and to the handle you provided. Payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. (As a courtesy, because life comes up, you will have a one-time grace to pay no less than 48+ hours before your appointment if a delay is communicated to me.)
Once payment is received, the $36 cancels out and the above cancellation and rescheduling policies activate.

All Jupiter’s Last Stand membership fees are non-refundable once begun. If unexpected life changes occur (e.g., serious illness, relocation), I may consider partial credit toward future offerings.
I reserve the right to discontinue the engagement in cases of persistent misalignment, rescheduling, or ethical conflict. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for unused sessions may be issued, minus admin fees and value of work already delivered.

Appointments canceled 48+ hours in advance may be refunded at 50% (less processing fees for credit card payments) or rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future session.
No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
