We are entering an era when wellbeing — of individuals, humanity as macro organism, & the flora and fauna of the planet — must be the organizing framework of conscious action, and systems of extraction give way to containers that empower us to add value in as a fundamental expression of self and meaning.
The work here must evolve to support this new care based paradigm and to facilitate the becoming of one’s single source of truth.

I’m ANAK (like “on the door”) RABANÁL, Founder.
I’m a coherence consultant and writer/director working at the intersection of unleashing human potential, real world applications of eldritch technologies, and systems design. My multi-hyphenate career spans Broadway to private equity and venture capital, including Oaktree Capital, Nuveen, and Upfront Ventures, to helming films that have screened at Cannes as well as experiential event collaborations with brands including Goop and Sanctuary App.
My work brings clarity and stability to complex situations environments by unleashing play, shortening the arc between reaction and response, and empowering individuals and mission driven ventures to birth and live their joy.

When I was a toddler, I’d run around saying “I kah dea!” left, right, and center. My mother and nanny were at a loss as to what I was trying to convey — except that I was terribly excited about whatever it was. Then, one day, it finally clicked into pace for my mother: She realized I’d say “I kah dea!” right before I’d start ordering people around and getting out a vision of how something good be different from what it was — she’s saying “I have a good idea!”
In rebranding TPA, it made sense to use this little bit of baby speak — this is the place for all of our good ideas on how to have a more joy filled world and life to be spoken and the playground in which we figure out how to make that joy lived in real time.
