The Kickoff Consultation
This focused 60-minute consultation delves into the multiple perspectives through which you are seen: how you see yourself, how your nervous system responds to your world, and how the world perceives you.
Serving as a working evaluation for both parties, this session identifies current and on-going sources of fragmentation, potential pathways to coherence, while assessing mutual fit for entry into a long-term, bespoke coherence program.

How this works
BOOKING + PAYMENT
NEW CLIENTS:The Acuity system will collect your credit card information without charging it to reserve your appointment. I’ll review your chart to make sure that we’re a fit. If we are, your session will be confirmed via payment:
If you opted to pay via Zelle/Apple Cash (Mobile Transfer), you’ll receive a manual invoice that reflects a 3% courtesy discount for avoiding process fees. Payment must be received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent; otherwise, the vaulted card will be charged to confirm the appointment at the full session rate.
If you opted for Credit Card payment, your card will be charged via Acuity. (Please note: I do NOT have access to your credit card information, which is held in Square’s secure and confidential vault.)
RETURNING CLIENTS:Payment: Credit card is the default.
If you prefer to settle via Zelle or Apple Cash (Mobile Transfer) and enjoy a 3% courtesy discount, please indicate this on the intake form. I will calculate the difference when I send the payment request.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Otherwise, the credit card collected at booking will be charged the full session rate to confirm.
Cancellation Policy
Online SessionsAppointments canceled 48+ hours in advance may be refunded at 50% (less processing fees for credit card payments) or rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future session.
No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
IN-PERSON SESSIONSAppointments canceled 48+ hours in advance may be refunded at 50% (less processing fees) or rescheduled to a future date without penalty.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling, credits, or transfers. The full fee is retained to cover non-recoupable physical venue holding costs.
No-shows forfeit the full fee. No credit or reschedule will be issued.
