How this works
BOOKING + PAYMENT
RETURNING CLIENTS:Payment: Credit card is the default.
If you prefer to settle via Zelle or Apple Cash (Mobile Transfer) and enjoy a 3% courtesy discount, please indicate this on the intake form. I will calculate the difference when I send the payment request.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Otherwise, the credit card collected at booking will be charged the full session rate to confirm.
Cancellation Policy
Online SessionsAppointments canceled 48+ hours in advance may be refunded at 50% (less processing fees for credit card payments) or rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future session.
No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
IN-PERSON SESSIONSAppointments canceled 48+ hours in advance may be refunded at 50% (less processing fees) or rescheduled to a future date without penalty.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling, credits, or transfers. The full fee is retained to cover non-recoupable physical venue holding costs.
No-shows forfeit the full fee. No credit or reschedule will be issued.
